Susan Hall has been a passionate animal lover and enthusiast since her early childhood. One of Susan’s most cherished memories is of her cat having kittens on her 8th birthday. Since that day, Susan has been on a journey as an animal lover and advocate.

Susan currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her rescued dogs. Over the years, Susan’s pet family has included cats, a parrot, various other birds, fish and turtles. In addition to picking up stray dogs and cats, Susan fosters dogs for rescues and helps place them in loving and permanent homes.

Susan is known for her dedication in caring for all of God’s creatures, be they two-legged or four-legged. Susan has a business degree and a master’s degree in counseling.

Pampered Pets & Plants, Inc. was established in 1984 by Jann Kemp. Susan worked as a part time pet sitter for eleven years with Jann. Susan acquired Pampered Pets & Plants in 2006 and the company continues to be recognized for having an experienced team of ethical, reliable and compassionate pet sitters who provide quality service to pets and their owners.

Susan’s ultimate goal is to serve her first passion, animals and of course, the people who care for them and love them.
