Services Provided by Pampered Pets & Plants, Inc.
We offer daily visits to your home to care for your pets. We will take care of their daily needs, provide exercise and love to your pets. Clients may reserve one daily visit or multiple daily visits. We also offer visit house checks should no pets remain in the home.
Cats will be visited once per day-No exceptions.
- Visits can be 30 minutes or 60 minutes in length.
- Visits start at $36.00 per visit.
New Customers – Payment in full is due after the free get acquainted visit with your assigned pet sitter has been completed and the contract has been signed.
Current Customers – Payment in full is due at the time of making your reservation.
Advance payment secures your reservation since visit pet sitters are limited as to how many clients can be serviced each day.
Returned charge $50
Last Minute reservations – within 12 hours of service start date – will be charged an additional $25
We offer a 12-hour overnight stay in the clients home from 6pm-6am so that your pets are not alone at night. We maintain the accustomed routine for your pets. Client provides sleeping accommodations for the pet sitter. Your pet sitter provides her own food and cleans up after herself. Your pet sitter remains at the clients home for the full 12 hours.
- 12-hour overnight stays start at $130.00 per overnight.
- Mileage charge may apply.

We offer an 18-hour live in stay in the clients home for as long as required. Clients inform the office what time of day the pet sitter will arrive on the first scheduled day and leave on the last scheduled day. Client provides sleeping accommodations for the pet sitter. The pet sitter brings her own food and cleans up after herself.
- Pet sitter remains at the client’s home for 18-hours out of each 24-hour day
- Pet sitter is allowed a maximum of 6 hours away time out of each 24-hour day
- 18-hour live-in stays start at $150.00 per day
- Mileage charge may apply

Forms of in advance payment accepted: Zelle, Visa, MC, Discover, American Express or check. Checks must be mailed to the office at the time of making your reservation. Should mailing a check payment create a challenge then clients may select another form of payment. Contact the office if paying via check. Credit cards will incur an additional 2.3% fee.
Free initial get acquainted visit. Additional get acquainted visits are $20
In person key pick up or in person key drop off $20
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a small business, Pampered Pets & Plants, Inc. has been committed to providing excellent service to our clients for 41 years. Realistically, daily visit pet sitters are limited as to how many clients can be serviced each day. By default, 12-hour overnight and 18-hour live-in pet sitters are limited to providing service to one client at a time.
A cancelled reservation results in missed opportunities for your reserved pet sitter, that cannot be filled by clients that were turned away. We are not without compassion as we understand life happens and cancellations may be out of your control. A client cancelling a reservation is also out of our control. For the reasons stated, our cancellation policy is enforced.
More than four weeks cancellation notice = 100% refund to be credited to the client’s account for future service.
Four weeks cancellation notice = 75% refund to be credited to the client’s account for future service.
Three weeks cancellation notice = 50% refund to be credited to the client’s account for future service.
Two weeks or less cancellation notice = No refund and no money will be credited to the client’s account for future service.
Your pet sitting service will NOT be covered under our liability, bonding or Workman’s Compensation policy if reservations are not made directly through Pampered Pets & Plants, Inc. Our office is the main hub for all pet sitter scheduling.
Booking your reservation through our office allows us to quickly secure a back up pet sitter in the event your assigned pet sitter has an emergency and can no longer care for your pets. Should this occur, the client will be notified immediately and given the opportunity to talk with the substitute pet sitter.
